My husband and I are looking to get out of our contract here at Cougar Court in Rexburg. We have a unit on the 3rd story with air conditioning.
Our apartment comes with washer and dryer hookups, stove/oven, dishwasher, FREE internet, GREAT location just off of Yellowstone Highway!
The units at Cougar Court do not come with towel racks in the bathroom, however, my husband and I would be very happy to leave those we have purchased here for the next tenant--they are very classy and work great! We will also be willing to leave our washer and dryer behind for you as well.
We have been here for only 3 months and have kept a meticulous house with cleaning and care of appliances, and ESPECIALLY bathroom and kitchen.
As we've said, we would love to work something out in the month of April. The sooner the better for us...and hopefully for you too!
